Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email contact@niloahonkai.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale or used items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
